Internet By The SeaÔ dial-up accounts are on a ‘one account for one person’ basis. Sharing of your account with others is prohibited. Exception: Occasionally allowing an immediate family member, living in the same house, to use your account is allowed.

You may not dial in twice simultaneously with your account.

You must activate your account within 3 days of receiving your software/or signing up your account.

You may not sell, give or otherwise transfer your account to someone else.

Discourteous activities such as: sending spam mail, large bulk mail, any type of threatening mail, or illegal activities, which result in complaints to our administrative accounts, will result in termination of your account without refund.

Our unlimited time on-line accounts are for surfing/browsing the Internet and for checking your email. Note: if you are going to only check email - you must dial in, collect your email and then disconnect.

You may not store your email on the sever. Starfish mail is for viewing only. You must download or collect your email. Any email lost on the server is not the responsibility of Internet By The Sea.

Memberships are non-cancellable and nonrefundable for the duration of the purchased membership.

Memberships paid by credit card are automatically renewed unless notified of non-renewal or change in payment form 30 days prior to the end of membership.

Termination of membership must be done via US Mail and must be received 30 days prior to the end of the membership. Fax or email notices will not be accepted.

Memberships paid by check or cash, must remit payment no later than 2 days after renewal date. Late payment will result in suspension of service.

All personal information provided by customers will be kept confidential. Information may be used by Internet By The SeaÔ staff as needed to service the account but will not be disclosed to anyone else unless under direct court order.

Internet By The Sea does not give out or sell email names or addresses.

Internet By the Sea reserves the right to make notifications and announcements to our membership via email  

Internet By The Sea does not guarantee that your system will not be infected by viruses. We recommend the uses of a virus protection program to be run on your computer often and that you update the filter often. You are responsible for protecting your computers from viruses. And you agree that Internet By The Sea will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your computer, laptop, cell phone or any other device, due to a Virus.

You agree to hold Internet By The Sea, Inc. harmless from any claims including legal fees that may be incurred as a result of a claim.

Installation of the Internet By The Sea Software SuiteÔ constitutes full acceptance of these Acceptable Use Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please return the software package to Internet By The Sea Ô within two(2) business days.

Violation of any of the above policies may, after reasonable effort toward resolution on the part of the Internet By The SeaÔ administration, result in the termination of the account without refund.
